Commonly known as String of Pearls, it originates from arid regions of Southwest Africa. This succulent plant is characterized by its unique, pea-shaped leaves strung along thin, trailing stems, mimicking a beaded necklace. Ideal for hanging baskets, it thrives in bright, indirect light, requires well-draining soil, and minimal water to prevent root rot. It prefers dry conditions and is somewhat tolerant of direct sun but should be protected from the hottest rays. Fast-growing under optimal conditions, it has no significant air-purifying qualities and is toxic to humans and animals if ingested.. Mature Size: 2-3′ after 5 years. Shade, Morning Sun Afternoon Shade.
