The original Georgia peach. This tree will bloom early-mid spring with pink flowers that give way to large, yellow, freestone peaches wih a red blush on the skin. Self-pollinating, (but better with a partner), and ripens in September. Grown on Citation root stock, Elberta should grow to 12-18′ tall with a 10-15′ spread. Palnt in sun in a moist, well drained soil.. Mature Size: 12-18′ x 10-15′ after 5-7 years. Full Sun (6+ Hours).
