PLANT GUARANTEE

If planted by the customer, Southwood guarantees #7 size or smaller trees, shrubs, perennials, and groundcovers for 90 days. A one- time replacement or store credit will be issued upon the return of the dead plant with the original sales receipt. If planted by Southwood, we guarantee all trees (including those over #10), shrubs, perennials and groundcovers for 1 year from the planting date.

RETURNS

Plants in their original condition may be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Non-plant merchandise in its original condition and packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of original date of purchase.  Seasonal/holiday merchandise returned after 7 days will be refunded at the current selling price. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be used for merchandise or services at Southwood Landscape & Garden Center. Digital gift cards purchased online may be used both in-store (in our garden center or for landscape services) and for online purchases.  Physical gift cards may only be used in-store or for landscape services. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable.
